This allows you to launch the Unbound Reader from any website outside of BookGlutton.com. A snippet of code like the one shown below and on any book widget page will display a launcher widget for a requested book id. The launcher will then launch the Unbound Reader in the remote page.

Parameters

• id (REQUIRED): The BookGlutton id of the book you wish to launch. The id can be obtained through our search API, or hardcoded in the HTML provided by any book detail page on the BookGlutton.com site (just click the link to Get Widget Code, near the other sharing links).

Responses
This API will respond to requests with the appropriate code needed to embed a book's launcher in a remote web page. The content type of the response will be a plain text representation of HTML markup for the requested book. To find out book ids, use the Search API.
The API will respond with a 404 code if the requested book id is not available. If it requires authorization first, the response code will be 401. If authorized already, but the book is not available to the authorized user, a launcher will display but will only launch that book for authorized users.

Embedding In Your Pages
There are two ways to embed the launcher: programatically and manually.
To embed the launcher for a specific book manually, just find the book you want by searching, or upload it yourself. From the book's detail page, you can navigate to a page that displays widget code for that book.
To embed the reader without loading a specific book, use the code below:
