Knowledge has no worser enemy than the desire to know it, than learning: The idea that practice and experience is the basis of learning rather than knowledge is the acceptance that our body is as important to who we are as our mind. Muscle reflexivity, breathing, heart beating.... all defines *what* we know and thus *who* we are and *how* we interpret our surroundings.
