The sun had not started peeking over the rimrock of Billings, Montana as I opened my eyes and looked at the clock. 4:30am. Time to get up and meet Andrea for our morning walk. I rolled out of bed on the opposite side of where I had slept because it was empty. Rick, my husband, had gone to see his brother and mother; he would be gone for at least another week. Fighting the fatigue that had plagued me for the last couple weeks I got in the shower and hoped the warm water would help me perk up a bit. I walked 2 miles every morning; that must be the reason I have been so tired.

Philip never had headaches. It was a trait from a scrupulous father whose sole obsession was penalizing his only son for a limped wrist; whose homophobic tendencies due to Baptist beliefs had driven Philip to become the loser that he is now: a gay Physics teacher in his mid-40s with no sexual exploits whatsoever, whose existence became the example of a perfectly wasted life space.

I am a fiction buff. I especially like books set in the prehistoric time and before Columbus discovered America. I also like fantasy and some sci-fi.

I'm a fan of sci-fi novels, though usually not ones set in space. I also like romance novels, especially lesbian romance novels, and the classics like Pride & Prejudice. Recently I've started reading more non-fiction books too.
